People are on the Boards early! Compared to yesterday, things are looking up. We have five people responding to the morning session, and at least 18 people posted yesterday! I guess people were getting more acquainted with the forum.
We called people to explain we want them to respond to each thread. The posts became much clearer, and more questions were given attention, unlike the previous day.
Also unlike Day 1, the participants engaged the discussion in the daytime, and by evening, just a handful were online. There were hardly any queries from participants this time around. Still we sent reminder messages. Only one person called back to say, “Hey I received the message.”
We posted follow-up questions to the threads. However they seemed kind of ignored, so we sent out another message to encourage the participants to attend to them. But, it seemed that people were starting in the middle of the session and not going back to respond to earlier posts or to probes. How do we get them to return to the beginning…?
