Day 2 picked up, and there was some action on the forum boards in the morning hours. We made follow up calls and messaging, and that also helped! On the other hand, we realized people pick only one question to answer and do not answer the rest. Maybe people were getting tired of going back and forth posting one single answer at a time, and that’s why they easily gave up. So we sent out a message to explain how answers to all the questions, numbered 1, 2, 3, etc., can be put all in one post.
Well it worked! People’s posts became more thoughtful and easier to review. We also shared another tip: to review the posts from other participants and comment. Well, some did, and this gave the discussion more meaning. In so doing, the probe questions were addressed on their own, unlike the previous discussion. The forum went slower later in the afternoon, but picked up again in the after work hours. All in all, the follow-up messages did some magic to day, and the answers we got in return were on-point and detailed.
