Today we sent out a message encouraging people to comment on each other’s posts. With previous groups, these messages didn’t increase participation, but today, people engaged each other, which brought out the real sense of a discussion. We also observed that the discussions with the male participants in Focus Groups 1 and 2 were usually short and precise, but with the female participants today, the discussion was exhaustive and detailed.
