On this first day of the female Content Advisory Team 2 focus group discussion, we posted the first session at 8:30 AM, and it was totally silent for the whole morning and most of the afternoon! We attributed this to participant being busy today despite being a public holiday. We sent out reminder SMS messages at mid-day, and some participants replied back saying that they were still engaged.
Two people logged on later in the evening. We sent out another message around 6 to all the participants including those who have not completed responding to sms, that “the focus group discussion has began today”. The message gave them great courage because we had some participants calling back late in the evening to confirm the beginning of focus group discussion.
