Today, we again recruited 3 participants. One participant completed the survey via telephone. The rest preferred to do it online. Although we aimed to enroll 4 participants today, the fourth turned out to be eligible.
We made some follow up calls to 4 participants who are pending starting the program. Two of these participants had not received the link to the consent form, so their links were resent to them. The third participant had just completed the survey but was complaining that the survey was too long. The fourth participant needed to install another Internet browser – either Mozilla or Chrome to be able to open the consent form link. The challenge she was facing was having data to help her download the browser.
