Today we reached our goal of enrolling 4 participants. Yesterday, we presumed we didn’t have enough eligible prospects, but we found that our online Registry seemed to have an error in which it designated all incoming screeners as “Unknown” eligibility. After manually looking through these screener responses, we were able to find suitable prospects to enroll.
Followups to the the six participants who were still in process to start the program were also successful, with 2 of them promising to complete the baseline survey. The other 4 were able to confirm that they received the links for the ITG Peer Code of Conduct. However, we may need to offer a way to complete the Code of Conduct via telephone as some participants are also out of data to open the link.
